Ulaanbaatar Group LLC, in collaboration with CNBC Mongolia, successfully organized the “CNBC Changemakers 2026” event on April 2, 2026, at the Ballroom of Shangri-La Hotel, Ulaanbaatar.
The event brought together key stakeholders from the real estate and business sectors, including investors, industry professionals, and decision-makers. It served as a significant platform for discussing industry trends, the future of financing, market dynamics, and emerging investment opportunities.
During the event, the “Rent to Own” program—designed to provide individuals with the opportunity to own a home while renting—was officially introduced to the public. This initiative aims to enhance housing accessibility and offer more flexible financial solutions.
In addition, as part of the program’s implementation, Ulaanbaatar Group LLC signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with Zamt Nuur LLC, Joint Success LLC, and CNYD LLC, formally establishing strategic partnerships for the execution of the “Rent to Own” program.
