• A 21,000 sq.m. building located in Zone A of the city, designed for event halls, offices, and service purposes, has been fully completed and put into operation.

“Avenue Residence” located in the 2nd district of Chingeltei district, has successfully built and commissioned 55 serviced business-class apartments and handed them over to the State Commission.

The Turkish manufacturer of building materials received the official sales rights of KALE and VITRA brands and started supplying them to the construction industry.

Successfully opened its first branch on the 5th floor of the State Department Store, taking the rights of the official representative of the famous South Korean “BENEBENE” children’s clothing store in Mongolia.

“UB Concrete group” LLC was founded in 2021 as a
subsidiary of UB group. From 2023, we produce 120m3 of
concrete per hour and supply concrete that meets the
requirements of international quality standards for building
materials.

“UB Active” LLC received a special license to operate as a non-banking financial institution from the Bank of Mongolia.

In 2017, an apartment building “UB Vista” with the service area was built and put into operation in the city of Ulaanbaatar, Songinokhairkhan district.
“Geo Petro Engineering” LLC and “Mongolian Petroleum Engineering” LLC expanded their activities and began to provide additional services in the oil industry.

A residential building “Gegeen Tower” with the service area was built and put into operation in the capital of Ovorkhangai province Arvaikheer.

“Geret Construction” LLC, a manufacturer of Euro standard vacuum windows and glass facades, was established and expanded its operations.
“MNFS” LLC began providing luxury car mortgage lending services to operate in the financial sector.
