Rent to Own Program
- As part of the project, the “Rent to Own” program is designed to enhance housing accessibility and provide flexible financial solutions for customers.
- Under this program:
- Individuals who are not eligible for government-supported housing loans can purchase apartments through long-term, flexible payment plans.
- Mongolians living and working abroad are offered a secure opportunity to invest in real estate with reliable long-term payment options.
- Currently, 50% of the total residential units in the Tokyo Garden project are being offered under the Rent to Own scheme.
